Art's Heart

Surgery went well. He is still in the ICU and will be for a few more days {at least} while they closely monitor his kidney and his heart. He may need to get a pacemaker, I want to stay "installed", but not sure if that is the right word in this case, and we're still unsure if his one functioning kidney will get back to pre-surgery function. We'll just have to see how things go.

All in all, he is doing well. Bless his heart, {no pun intended} he is really groggy and sore, but given time he's going to be just fine.

We all appreciate your love and prayers. Thanks for being such wonderful friends and family.

  10. Megan,

I am so jealous of your cute family. I am happy that you found our blog. I am not going to lie. You have no clue how cute your blogs have been and I love seeing the updates. Keep them coming!! I don't remember why we were singing that song. O may be because customers were making us made. Tell me you give Ty that made look. I would tease you all the time. Good times. I need to ask you a question. My dream is to go to Cedar Point some day. Is it as fun as it looks?

PS. My mom gave me a "Where's Baby" that your mom made for Connor - it's the best! I've gotten tons of compliments on it and have told them about her website :)
