if you were to peer into our house you'd see something like this:
Eliza chillin' in the Bumbo in her PJs checking out her big sis. Big sis drumming on her glass, the table, her head, her sisters head...with her fork. Her drink about to spill any second. Her "banana phone" is close at hand. The table is set for two, as Ty won't be home for a few more hours. Sewing machine and ironing board are out, along with various craft supplies, because I'm working on some projects....A typical night.
This make me smile.
The only thing that would make this picture completely accurate is if Mckinlay was in her undies. This was one of the rare occasions she got re-dressed post nap.

So glad to see I'm not the only parent who totally ignores the Bumbo usage guidelines that say "Don't place Bumbo on a tabletop." I mean, if you can't do that, then what's the point of a Bumbo?! Sillies. And for the record, I've totally done the "Don't carry the Bumbo while the infant is sitting in it." :) Parental negligence, thy name is Kristen.
