Back me up ladies.

**update**
I just got the pattern. Ty said "Well, I guess you got enough positive reinforcement that you can get it now." Silly boy, didn't he know I was going to get it all along?

Darling, no?Ty needs some convincing.
I can see how he could find these little darlings "grandma-y", but don't you think they would be vintage-y and adorable sitting on our couch or under our tree at Christmas?
I mean, it's not like I'm gonna sit them on the orange and um, orange afghan that Grandma Lou made....but maybe I'll wear a caftan while I make them, just to bug Ty.

If you want to make them too,
get the pattern here.

  1. Sorry, I'm gonna have to go with Ty on this one. They are just too felt/Kindergarten looking. Not my taste.

  3. Wee wonderfuls are the cutest things ever! Make them-or even a whole family of them and don't look back! I so hear you on this. Almost anything in felt is cute. Remember how cute Grandma's little Christmas mice were on her coffee table?(your Mom might have those now I think). Anyway, two thumbs way up.

  5. my grandma made little felt bears we always wore the sunday before christmas. when we weren't wearing them they decorated our stockings. i love them and i still wear them when i am home for christmas. sooo, you could make big ones and four to six mini ones to wear (sorry, i'm not planning for your future children, i just thought since you are making some you would love to make one for me and three for me if you are feeling particularly felt-y).

  7. For Christmas? May I suggest dressing them exclusively in green and red, and maybe adding some sort of sparkely tassel to their hats? That would up the Christmas factor . . . :)

  8. Cute, cute! I find most commercially available Christmas decorations to be rather tacky (especially anything inflatable or musical), so I whole-heartedly approve of anything homemade.

Got any cute felt snowman patterns lying around? (I'm in Hawaii. Of course I love snowmen) =)

  9. So I saw you went to your first Red Sox game ... my family would be so proud of you! I went to a couple growing up but my brothers went to many and are obsessed. Your hat is so cute :)
