Walk this way!

Liza is 16 months old and she is definitely a girl who likes to do things on her own time table.
Things like, oh I don't know -- walking.
For the past few months this is how she's moved around the house:

Pretty adorable right?  But she's worn holes in all her jeans.  Even her new pair.  And that is not so adorable.  So we've been pretty anxious for her to start walking on her feet.

{What is it about turning on the camera and my voice
raising about 3 octaves?}
Looks like we're {finally} on our way to
hole-less jeans!

Yippie!

{sorry about the awesome video quality}

  1. that is super cute! It looks like you have been up to some fun things as of late. I love your St. Patty's Day ideas; you are so clever! And I think I'm going to take the plunge and try that coconut apricot chicken recipe. It looks divine. Thanks!

  3. OK. That first video is just too much. Adorable and a half. And her giggles are completely infectious.

    And yay for hole-less jeans!

  4. Mom tells me that I was a knee-walker back in my baby days. Maybe it is a sign of intelligence....Congrats to Liza!

  8. Meg,

    I tried the coconut apricot chicken recipe and it was a big hit with Ryan and I. Loved it!
    I substituted olive oil for the butter and it turned out great.
    Thanks for sharing...

  9. now you know what is it like to have a 6 year old boy... he doesn't own a pair of pants with out holes, nor shoes.
