got her first haircut today.
She's been so excited, it's been all she could talk about for the past week -- as you can tell by her blurry excited little toes.

Now my child no longer looks homeless, but I can't get over how grown up she is.
{Sigh}
Look at those little side swiped bangs.
I can't believe how big she's getting! So cute :)
ReplyDeleteI don't have a copy of the picture of kenneth and his twin doll. You should totally send it to me!

Whoa, she beat her Mom...I don't think you had your first salon cut til you were 12?! What are you feeding this girl...she is growing too fast for my liking!?
ReplyDeleteAt Julie's huh!!! Ashlyn got her first hair cut from someone other than me there too! It was worth it. Julie can make any child giddy with that cape!!!
ReplyDeletehooray for first haircuts! what a cutie.
ReplyDeleteWow she is getting big!!! Anyway This is your cousin Jon and you can tell Ty to man up a bit and take you to the Mary Poppins play!!! I saw it in NYC and it was really good. It's not anything Julie Andrews like. :) I would see it again, no problem.

Megs I love our headbands that you sent us!!! I must know how you made them. Also I saw that you wanted to buy Mckinley a kitchen for Christmas, and I know how you love homemade gifts so I have some websites for you to check out. I am in the process of making a roll-up kitchen mat with felt food for Jordyn! Email me, gentryjudd@yahoo.com
ReplyDeleteFirst haircuts are always hard since they seem to grow up. Girls can go much longer than boys though and be glad you took her somewhere and watched instead of had to do it yourself! I was recapping your blog and wish I was not only crafty enough to sew, but that I was patient enough to even start. You are amazing.
