Last weekend Happy Jo and the McBrennan's came to town! Since we were all going to be together right before Easter, we decided it was only fitting to have a traditional Mckinlay family Easter party!
We had lots of chocolate food,
{Someone decided as long as she had a treat or fork in each hand, she was happy.}
We played "Bunny Bowling" and had a indoor egg hunt
{darn Cleveland down pour!}
Of course no Easter party would be complete with out the ever famous {or imfamous} bunny suit.

B was the cutest. bunny. ever.
I may or may not have cried a little it made me so happy to have another generation of kiddos enjoy this costume. It's been used as the Easter bunny, to ask dates to school dances, to welcome people home from airports, so sleep in, to wake boyfriends in the early morning to wish them "Happy Easter", songs have been sung in it and it's even been worn coming out of a magicians hat.
Needless to say, it was a fun party! So glad to share it with friends and the fam!

ReplyDeleteohhhh, the bunny suit! I LOVE IT!!! I'll never forget you picking me up for college all bright eyed and bushy tailed! Best day ever! I am so glad that it still lives on! Makes me so darn happy!!!
