Down the Cape

We spent the weekend down in Cape Cod.
We've never been before and are so glad we were able to squeeze it in before we move in 4 WEEKS!!
{yikes!}
It was so nice to have a weekend away together as a fam and was the perfect Mother's Day present for me. Mckinlay was in heaven. She was excited about everything we did, even walking down the stairs. It was too cold and rainy to go to the beach, but we went to the Children's Museum, an arcade and eat a lot of yummy food.

I think we smiled the entire trip.

And who cares if it's too cold to go the the beach when you can enjoy your very own jacuzzi tub in your room!?

Thanks Spragues for letting us use your time share!
Have we mentioned we're gonna miss you?

  1. Fun, fun, fun! Now that you are "Capers" I hope you will still associate with your lowly relatives?!

  2. How fun!! I remember Cape Cod being one of our favorite places that we visited, well... except for the maple farm we all went to. :-)

  5. What a fun trip. Glad you enjoyed it as much as Melynn and I did when we were there years ago. How was the drive out of Boston to the Cape? We left Logan Airport at 4:30 pm and hit the funnel (is it still there)onto the turnpike about 5:00 pm on Friday night. It was like crossing the border into Mexico on Christmas Eve - but well worth it once we got out there.
